AleTox®Sticks Hazelnut is a fast and easy-to-use kit for the detection of hazelnut in food / beverages and the environment (surfaces, rinsing water).
Method: Qualitative immunochromatographic (Lateral Flow Test)
Detection limit:
- 20 ppm (food matrices)
- 40 ng/cm² (surfaces)
- 50 ug/16cm² (surfaces)
Reaction time: 10 minutes (visual reading of test results)
