ELISA qualitative detection kit of cow milk in ewe/goat milk and cheese

Principle:
This fast ELISA test is based on an immunological reaction by competition and allows to obtain results in only 15 minutes.
Samples (positive control, negative control and samples to test) are first deposited in wells then put in competition with the "Tracer" conjugate.
If there is no adulteration in the milk to be tested, only the conjugate is fixed at the bottom of the well and then revealed by a yellow colour when the Ellman reagent is added.
The yellow colour is inversely proportional to the concentration of cow’s milk:
Negative result ⇒ Yellow color
Positive result ⇒ No color
The colour of the sample to be tested is compared with the controls to give a qualitative response of absence or presence at a defined threshold.
Composition of the kit :
- 8 breakable wells coated by a monoclonal antibody specific to cow milk,
- 1 positive control (2mL of cow milk)
- 1 negative control (2mL of goat milk)
- 1 Tracer vial
- 1 Ellman vial
QualiSpeed BOV Test reagents are produced on site by our laboratory with an average expiry date of 15 months.
Delivery times: between 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of order.
