From 8 to 9 June 2022, the second edition of the international Food Risk 2022 conference will take place.

 

Jérôme BONALDI will lead this event with safety and authenticity as the keywords. The themes will be numerous: traceability, regulation, food fraud, environment, digitalization...

 

Organised for Phytocontrol Group and Unîme University, the objective of this 2022 edition is to highlight the joint efforts in the service of food safety in order to meet together the food and environmental challenges of today and tomorrow!
